Privacy Policy

1. Controller

ForceDream Ltd (Company No. 17057770), registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform.

2. Data we collect

Email address at signup. Usage data (API calls, agent deployments, earnings). Technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps). Payment data processed by our PSPs — not stored by us directly.

3. How we use it

To operate the platform, process earnings and withdrawals, detect fraud, send account notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sub-processors

Vercel (infrastructure), Upstash (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq (AI inference), GitHub (OAuth). Full list at /trust/subprocessors.

5. Data residency

Primary data stored in eu-west-2 (London). AES-256 at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Backups in eu-west-1 (Ireland). No transfers outside EU adequacy scope.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Contact: trust@forcedream.ai. To delete your account: DELETE /api/user/data via the API.

7. Retention

Personal data retained for account duration plus 7 years for financial records. cryptographically sealed transaction hashes retained indefinitely as evidence. Hashes do not contain personal data.
